FastoPayments strives to provide exceptional services to its clients. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for refunds, cancellations, and related conditions for services rendered by FastoPayments OÜ. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Refund Policy
FastoPayments OÜ offers services that are primarily custom or subscription-based. As such, refunds are only provided under the following circumstances:
- Non-Delivery of Services: If a service is not delivered due to a failure on our part, you may request a refund.
- Service Issues: If technical or performance issues prevent you from accessing or using our services as promised, a partial or full refund may be issued after review.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Setup fees for payment processing or fraud prevention services.
- Fees for completed email marketing or social media management campaigns.
- Any fees related to third-party integrations or services.
2. Subscription Services
For subscription-based services (e.g., ongoing fraud prevention, payment gateway brokering):
- Cancellation by You: You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice to billing@fasto.co at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the current billing cycle.
- Cancellation by Us: If we terminate your subscription due to a breach of our Terms of Service, no refund will be provided.
3. One-Time Services
For one-time services (e.g., specific email marketing campaigns or consultations):
- Refunds are not provided once the service has been initiated or delivered.
4. Chargebacks
We take chargebacks seriously and consider them a breach of our Terms of Service. If you initiate a chargeback without a legitimate basis, we reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate your account and access to our services.
- Dispute the chargeback with evidence of the services provided.

5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email billing@fasto.co with the following details:
- Your name and contact information.
- Service details and date of purchase.
- Reason for the refund request.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
6. Cancellation of Services
- Voluntary Cancellations: You may cancel services by notifying us at least 30 days in advance at billing@fasto.co.
- Involuntary Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel services due to non-payment, misuse, or violation of our Terms of Service.
No refunds will be provided for services canceled due to breaches of our Terms.

FastoPayments OÜ reserves the right to update or modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be communicated via email or posted on our website. Continued use of our services after updates signifies acceptance of the revised policy.
